Great Plans LIFE Foundation was established by the Laborers' International Union of North America Vice President and Regional Manager John F. Penn, with the support of the Great Plains Laborers' District Council, Illinois LECET, Iowa LECET, and the Midwest Region Laborers' Health and Safety Fund. Each year labor, management, and the trades are called on to support scholarships, organizations, and people. Recognizing the importance of education to America's future, the Great Plains LIFE Foundation Board of Directors has adapted the "Stay 4" Project® as its priority and major endeavor.
